Essentially LShae offers handcrafted candles and related home fragrance products for purchase online. Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in color, scent strength, and appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We accept payment methods available through Wix Payments and other secure third-party payment processors supported by Wix.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time and to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error occurs after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within the timeframe listed on the product or checkout page. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped, Essentially LShae is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any delivery issues should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo documentation of the issue.
Approved refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion. Used products, incorrect scent selections, or buyer’s remorse are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
6. Candle Safety Disclaimer
By purchasing from Essentially LShae, you acknowledge and agree to follow proper candle safety practices, including but not limited to:

• Never leaving a burning candle unattended

• Keeping candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials

• Trimming the wick before each burn

• Burning candles on a heat-resistant surface

Essentially LShae is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, product names, and designs, is the exclusive property of Essentially LShae and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
