All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Because our candles are handcrafted, processing times may vary during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We ship using carriers available through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Essentially LShae is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Essentially LShae is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Essentially LShae is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
