At Essentially LShae, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted candles. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for used items, incorrect scent selections, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Photos of the original packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Refund Processing

Shipping Costs

Order Cancellations
